Choisya (Mexican Orange Blossom) is a fragrant, evergreen shrub valued for its glossy foliage and clusters of sweetly scented white star‑shaped flowers. The foliage may be deep green, golden, or finely cut depending on the variety, giving year‑round structure and colour. Flowering begins in spring and often repeats in late summer, filling borders with a citrus‑like perfume. Choisya thrives in sun or light shade and is exceptionally easy.
