Houttuynia ‘Chameleon’ is a colourful, ground‑covering hardy perennial known for its striking variegated foliage in shades of green, yellow, cream, and red. Leaves are heart‑shaped and highly decorative, changing intensity through the season. In early summer it produces small white flowers with yellow centres, but the real appeal is the foliage. It spreads steadily to form a dense mat, making it excellent for covering soil, brightening shady corners, or naturalising around ponds.
