Rhododendron yakushimanum (Rhododendron yak) is a compact, slow‑growing evergreen rhododendron prized for its neat dome‑shaped habit, thick leathery leaves, and beautiful two‑tone flowers. Buds open deep rose‑pink and fade to soft blush or white as they mature, creating a layered, multi‑coloured effect.
