2. Orders & Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is securely processed through Shopify's checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

Once your order has been accepted, we will prepare and dispatch your plants to the delivery address provided at checkout.

3. Plants

Plants are living products, so their size, shape, colour and appearance can naturally vary from the photographs shown on our website.

We take care to package plants securely for delivery. Some minor changes during transit, such as drooping or a small amount of leaf loss, can occur and do not necessarily mean that a plant is faulty.

If your plant arrives damaged, dead or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the plant.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver within the UK only.

Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

We will do our best to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe, but delivery times can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays or severe weather.

5. Website Accounts

You may create an account to make ordering easier.

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for providing accurate information.

We may suspend or close accounts where they are being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Website Content

All photographs, text, branding and other content on the website belong to Plants Online or are used with permission.

You may not copy or commercially use our content without permission.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in place when you place an order will normally apply to that order.
