Acanthus ‘Whitewater’ is a bold, architectural hardy perennial prized for its dramatic variegated foliage and tall summer flower spikes. Leaves are large, deeply cut, and splashed with creamy‑white margins and streaks, giving a striking, almost tropical look. In summer, it produces tall, upright spikes of white flowers with purple‑pink bracts, adding height and structure to borders. It’s one of the most eye‑catching variegated Acanthus varieties available.
