Agastache ‘Black Adder’ is a tall, elegant hardy perennial producing long, upright spikes of deep violet‑purple flowers held in dramatic near‑black calyces. The contrast between the dark stems and the vivid blooms gives it a bold, architectural presence in summer borders. Flowering begins in early summer and continues for months, with aromatic foliage that releases a sweet anise‑mint scent when brushed. It’s one of the best Agastache varieties for height, colour impact, and pollinator attraction.
